Call for Proposals

Develop a proposal in one of the program tracks/focus areas. If you prefer to download oue Template for advance work and/or collaboration, you may do so here: 2023 Call for Proposals Template.
Submit your proposal using the online submission form between March 20 and April 17, 2023. Submitters will be notified about decisions in late June.
If your proposal is accepted, attend and present at the AirCargo Conference 2023 at Omni Nashville in Nashville, TN (September 12 - 14). (Registration is required of all presenters.)
